The Horizons program offers a “non-work” option for individuals who do not have work or work training as a desired outcome of services. Horizons is often described as a “retirement program without age restrictions.” A variety of services are offered, based on the needs and interests of the individuals involved. These include:
- community inclusion activities
- cooking
- music
- arts and crafts
- exercise
- communication
- leisure-recreation
The Horizons program is based out of the TSE-Lakeridge service center.
