After matching the TSE worker to the job, a TSE staff known as an Employment Specialist will learn the responsibilities of the job. They will then work alongside the worker to ensure they learn to complete the job to the employer’s standards.  The Employment Specialist will remain at the jobsite with the worker as long as they need support.  If a worker is able to complete their job independently, the Employment Specialist will systematically fade or reduce the level of support needed.
