TSE, Inc. prides itself on the quality of the staff who support the people we serve.  TSE employs approximately 100 people in almost twenty different employment positions. Job openings occur most frequently in the direct services positions and a brief description of these positions is included here. Job Titles and descriptions at TSE, Inc. :

Services Directors have the same responsibilities as Employment Specialists.  Additionally, they assist with case management, overseeing paperwork responsibilities, and assisting in curriculum development.

Employment Specialists are Direct Support Professionals who provide training and support for people to assist them in skill development.  This may be provided at a community-based employment site, a TSE training site or in the community.

Enrichment Specialists An Enrichment Specialist supports individuals in a day program by leading meaningful activities that promote skill development, social engagement, and quality of life.

Drivers ensure the safe and efficient transportation of the people served by TSE.
