TSE uses multiple tools to evaluate the quality of services that are provided.

The Consumer Survey Report, completed on a semi-annual basis, is a compilation of surveys completed on behalf of the people served by TSE during a six-month period.  The most recent report, for the period January 1 – June 30, 2017 is available for review by following this link.  The overall results were outstanding, with 64% rating services as “excellent” and 34% as “more than satisfactory”.

The TSE Program Evaluation, completed annually, uses a series of objective measures to evaluate the quality of services.  The results for the most recent report, for the period October 1, 2015 – September 30, 2016 , can be found by following this link.
