LATEST SURVEY REPORT NOW AVAILABLE

The TSE Consumer Survey Report is available for review.  The report summarizes the feedback from those people served by TSE (and their representatives) whose annual planning meetings occurred in the first six months of 2008. 

The feedback was outstanding, with 54% rating services as "Excellent", 35% as "More than satisfactory" , and the remainding 11% as "Satisfactory" .  You may click on the link to see the complete report. 

 

The TSE, Inc. Program Evaluation measures TSE’s performance on a variety of service objectives. The results of the most recent TSE, Inc. Program Evaluation  (April 1- September 30, 2007) are as follows:

  • 98% of respondents expressed satisfaction with Community Employment Services
  • 83% of those seeking community-based employment were successfully employed, and
  • 99% of those employed were placed in jobs of first choice;
  • Persons employed averaged 41.90 months of continuous employment;
  • 100% of employers expressed satisfaction with the work of TSE workers at community job sites and at TSE training sites;
  • 62.4% of those employed in the community earned minimum wage or higher.
  • 98% of respondents expressed satisfaction with Site-based Work
