TSE can provide training related to the unique interests and needs of a person. This may include, but is not limited to:
The curriculum assessment is used to guide the Interdisciplinary Team to identify other services.
TSE staff advocate for persons served to ensure their needs are met. More importantly, they work with the persons served to develop the skills to advocate on their own behalf. Staff also connect individuals with Arc Minnesota if formal advocacy services are needed to resolve an ongoing concern. The TSE Consumer Advisory Committee is a group of individuals served by TSE speaking on behalf of all individuals served by TSE. They meet on a quarterly basis to discuss the needs, interests and ideas regarding services. This information is provided to the management and staff of TSE.
