TSE employs approximately 100 people in almost 20 different employment
positions. Job openings occur most frequently in the direct
service positions and a description of these positions is included

Employment Specialist
These employees facilitate the skill development of the people served in a
managed environment, including running daily programs, case management and
job coaching.
Services Coordinator Assistant
These employees facilitates the skill development of the people served in
a managed environment, including running daily programs, case management,
overseeing paperwork responsibilities, and assisting in curriculum
development.
Production Assistant
These employees facilitate the skill development of people served in a
managed environment, including running daily programs, overseeing in-house
production work including quality control and inventory. They are a back
up to community jobsites also.
Behavior Specialist
These employees plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate behavior management
programs to compliment the overall training a person receives. They have
direct care responsibilities as well.
Driver
These employees are responsible for the safe and efficient transportation
of the people served by TSE.
