After the match-up of a
TSE worker to the job, a TSE staff known as an Employment Specialist will
learn the responsibilities of the job. They will then work alongside the
worker to ensure they learn to complete the job to the employer’s
standards. The Employment Specialist will remain at the jobsite with the
worker as long as they need the support. If a worker is able to complete
their job independently, the Employment Specialist will fade or reduce the
level of support provided. This will be jointly determined with the
employer, the worker and TSE. These arrangements are a trademark of TSE’s
commitment to building a successful relationship between an employer and
worker. Please refer to the Employer
Testimonials Link for employer feedback.
