Make sure you are using the TSE employee’s information (especially ZIP Code).

You will have to set up Secondary Authentication. That means you give the portal your land line number, your cell phone, or your email address so it can send you a security code for each time you log in.

Here at the office, Asa uses the land line, and while a bit annoying, works really well!
