Employer Satisfaction Survey Results

TSE sent a satisfaction survey to the entire employer network recently with thirty five percent (35%) of the community employers and thirty two percent (32%) of the in-house employers responding.  Results were very positive.

  • Employers were asked to rate the work performed by TSE workers. Sixty – eight  percent (68%) of community employers and eighty-three (83%) of in-house employers rated this area as either “excellent” or “more than satisfactory.”
  • Employers were asked to rate the support provided by TSE staff. Eighty –four percent (84%) of community employers and eighty-three percent (83%) of in-house employers rated this area as either “excellent “ or “more than satisfactory.”
  • Employers were asked to rate the communication between TSE staff and themselves. Seventy-one percent (71%) of community employers and eighty-three percent (83%) of in-house employers rated this area either “excellent “or “more than satisfactory.”
  • Employers were asked to rate the manner in which problems were resolved. Seventy-six percent (76%) of community employers and eighty-three percent (83%) of in-house employers rated this area either “excellent” or “more than satisfactory.”
  • Employers were asked to give TSE services an “overall” rating. Seventy-six per cent (76%) of community employers and eighty-three percent (83%) of in-house employers rated this area as either “excellent” or “more than satisfactory.”
  • This year three out of five of these areas saw a higher rating, one was the same ,and one went down by 5 percentage points when compared to last year.
  • Most significantly, (when comparing 2012 and 2013 results) combining “excellent” and “more than satisfactory” ratings regarding support provided by TSE staff by community employers, ratings went up by 19 % !
